1. Overview

Territory Pilot (“the App”) is a field merchandising and route planning application operated by Amirhossein Davoodi (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information when you use the Territory Pilot mobile app and its companion web console.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Business data: store names, addresses, visit notes, route plans, and checklist responses you create inside the App.
• Location data: approximate device location used only to display maps and generate route suggestions. We do not store your device location continuously or share it with third parties.
• Photos: images you voluntarily attach to visit reports. These are uploaded to your workspace storage and are not used for any other purpose.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, feature interactions) used to maintain and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App and web console.
• To generate route plans and mapping features via the Mapbox API.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
• To allow managers and owners within your company workspace to review field activity.
• To diagnose errors and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Mapbox — address geocoding and map rendering.
• Expo / EAS — app distribution and over-the-air updates.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Workspace data (stores, routes, visit logs) is retained until the workspace owner requests deletion.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and row-level security in our database to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
