1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Territory Pilot mobile application or its companion web console (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Territory Pilot is a field merchandising and route planning tool that helps sales representatives and their managers plan store visits, track visit outcomes, and manage territory coverage. Access to certain features requires an invitation from a workspace owner or manager.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Upload malicious content, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the servers or networks supporting the Service.
- Misrepresent visit data, locations, or store information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding within the Service are owned by or licensed to Amirhossein Davoodi. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Your business data (stores, routes, visit logs) remains your property.
6. Workspace Data and Roles
Within a company workspace, owners and managers have visibility into field activity submitted by representatives, including visit logs, checklist responses, and route progress. By joining a workspace, representatives consent to this visibility.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that route suggestions will be optimal for all situations. Map and address data is provided by Mapbox and may not always be accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
